They're not kidding when they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Not only is it important to get some nutrients into your body after it's been resting, healing and rebuilding while you've been asleep, breakfast's also a key step to get your body's metabolism jump started for the day. Kicking off the day with key nutritional building blocks isn't a hassle at all. In less than five minutes, you can have a tasty shake loaded with the vitamins, minerals, protein and other ingredients you need for a healthy bod.

I like this way to start the day. Fruit is supposed to be the best thing to put in your body in the morning, easiest to digest after a long night's rest. However I would make two changes since I don't use milk anymore and I think there is a more nutritious product than Carnation: I would use soy or rice or almond milk, and I would use instead of the Carnation, a product called Spiru-tein, available in different flavors usually in health food stores. Anyway you do it, it's a great smoothie. Thanks.

The Carnation Instant breakfast is genius. It's the protein component I've been missing from breakfast shakes, and why I don't have them every damn day. My only suggestion would be to add rum.
