Step 6: Add the Banana 
 
Depending on if you're using a regular blender of a hand mixer, you can cut-up the banana accordingly. For the blender, I find that cutting the banana into four or five chunks works fine. However, if I use my hand mixer, cutting the banana into smaller pieces seems to work better. Put all the pieces into the blender.
