Step 8: Add the Fruit 
 
If your pineapple is already chunked, like in the picture, you can go ahead and add it to the blender along with all the other fruit and berries. If you have pineapple rings, or larger slices, you'll want to cut them up a bit before adding. Excepting the banana, I'm adding about 10 oz. of fresh fruit to the shake. Roughly 2 oz. of each fruit.
