Step 4: Add Carnation Instant Breakfast 
 
I like to use "Classic French Vanilla" flavored Instant Breakfast, but feel free to choose your favorite flavor and brand. The reason that I use the Instant Breakfast in addition to the protein powder is that it adds a few other vitamins and minerals, along with a little flavor. Pour the packet into the milk in the blender, but don't start blending yet.
