Jamie's Very Berry Protein Shake

Step 1: Gather the Ingredients

Step 2: Wash the Fruit & Berries

Step 3: Add Milk to the Blender

Step 4: Add Carnation Instant Breakfast

Step 5: Add Protein Powder

Step 6: Add the Banana

Step 7: Add Strawberries

Step 8: Add the Fruit

Step 9: Put the lid on the Blender

Step 10: Blend on Low

Step 11: Blend on High

Step 12: Pour and Enjoy!

Step 9: Put the lid on the Blender

Once you've got all your ingredients in the blender, don't forget to put the lid on the blender! If you forget this step, you'll end up with a lovely start to your very own Jackson Pollock painting on your kitchen walls and ceiling.
