To make this Very Berry Protein Shake, we'll need the following ingredients and tools:
1) One blender or hand mixer.
2) One cutting board.
3) One small paring knife.
4) One fresh banana.
5) 2 cups fresh, cold milk.
6) One packet Carnation Instant Breakfast.
7) One or two scoops of protein powder.
8) 8-10 oz. fresh fruit.
