Election Losers

The American political process is nothing if not grueling. Innumerable handshakes, stump speeches, and slobbering babies to kiss await anyone willing to run for office in this country. When the votes don't come your way, it's hard not to take it personally. Just ask Bob Dole, who spent over a year on the campaign trail only to be soundly defeated by Bill Clinton last night. Political reporter David Wallis interviewed a host of prominent defeated politicians and asked them what they did "after the fall."
