Stein and Wright visit two Garden cities in England, Letchworth and Welwyn, and visit the founders: Ebenezer Howard and Raymond Unwin. Later they begin construction of Sunnyside Gardens in Queens in 1924. Construction of Radburn begins in 1928, and residents start movig in in 1929. City Housing starts to decline in 1931, and by 1933 is bankrupt.
