Blood, guts, explosions, dismembered body parts flying... typical video game fare, but not what you see in computer games geared toward girls. Not that there aren't girls out there who enjoy shooting up the bad guys. But the general consensus among researchers and game producers is that girls don't like the yucky stuff — or at least not the macho, blow-them-to-bits stuff — in most computer games out there.
So what do girls like when it comes to computer games?
